Living in a state like Florida, seasons aren’t really a thing.
It stays warm (and I mean WARM) until about mid-November, but even then it only cools down to about maybe 65 degrees. Then in about January, it gets freezing by Florida standards, a whole 40-50 degree situation.
Since I’m originally from Michigan, I am used to September rolling around and I have to get out all of my sweaters and jeans to get ready for fall. Here in Florida, we all laugh at the first day of fall because it’s usually still 90 degrees outside.
Trying to find outfits that give you that feeling of fall without causing you to die of heat stroke can be a little tricky, but here’s a new look I tried out! Outfit details below:
The long top gave me the fall sweater feels without suffocating me, and the high slit and high waisted shorts combo gave me a breeze so I could breathe.
The key to a great outfit is knowing your greatest asset. To me, my greatest assets are my legs. I love em and when I dress the right way they seem to stretch on for days.
Fashion isn’t about name brands and following celebrity trends, fashion is about finding what makes YOU feel beautiful and what makes you confident enough to turn any sidewalk into a catwalk.
